Application Requirements- In order to process your application, we need you to provide us the following 4 items.
1. $30 non-refundable screening fee per application.
A completed application. We must have a separate completed application
for anyone 18+ that will be living at the property. Please make sure
to complete all fields as we only process fully completed applications.
3. A copy of a valid photo ID for each adult who is applying.
Proof of income for all applicants must be turned in with application.
Applicants must make a combined minimum 2.5 times the monthly rent in
gross income as a household, to be considered. Applicants must provide
verification of legal income sufficient to meet the rent to income
ratio. Examples of verification include, but are not limited to, 60
days (2 months) most recent paystubs, payroll print out from employer to
include 2 months of activity, previous year’s personal tax return,
proof of government income (such as Social Security, or disability
payments), proof of retirement, proof of spousal and/child support, or
any other legal verifiable income.
• We do not work with credit scores below 500. We do not “average out” credit scores.
We do not allow dangerous dog breeds, including: Chow Chow, Doberman,
Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Staffordshire Terriers,
Presa Canarios, Pinschers, Akitas,Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos,
Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies. Assistive animals with
proper documentation are not considered pets.
