Since 2005 I have had the pleasure of helping people navigate their way through what can be the most challenging transaction in their life.  I recognize how important home ownership is to each individual and family.  It can and usually is an emotional time whether your selling your parents home or it's your first time buying.  I will always take the time to explain the process to you and spell out your options,so you can make the best decisions.

Before a cross country adventure landed me in Imperial Beach, I grew up in New Hampshire and graduated from the University of New Hampshire.  Today, I am blessed to call I.B. my home.  This small town beach community is where I married, had my children and began my real estate career.

In 2020 I branched out on my own and started Catherine Clamp Real Estate.  We continue to helped buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County.  (IB, Chula Vista, San Diego, National City, El Cajon, Lakeside, Ramona, Temecula....just to name a few.)  I'm "HOMEinIB", but rest assured I can help you find your home in IB or elsewhere.
