Prop 19-What you must know before Feb 16th!
I want to pass on some important information about Prop 19 I received
from Jordan Marks. Mr. Marks is a Taxpayer Advocate with the San Diego
County Assessor. Below is the email I received from Mr. Marks.

Many of you have asked to see a copy of the Prop 19 “Ask the Experts” Town Hall to share with your organization and family.
You need to act now before the Prop 19 changes impact you and your family February 16th .
Property Tax changes starting February 16, 2021 can impact:
1. Your home and rental properties
2. Your kids future property taxes
3. Your family business property taxes
4. Senior (55+) property tax benefits on your home
Your family homes, inheritances, family businesses, and future generations could be impacted by a significant increase in property taxes! Remember WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!
